Dallas Chauffeur Service has rules for alcohol, illegal drugs, smoking, vaping, intoxication, and passenger conduct during transportation. These rules apply to passengers using our sedans, SUVs, Sprinter vans, limousines, and other chauffeured vehicles across Dallas, Fort Worth, and the DFW Metroplex.

Passengers must follow applicable federal, Texas, and local laws during every reservation. A booked vehicle does not create an exception to laws governing alcohol, drugs, smoking, or passenger conduct.

1. Illegal Drugs and Controlled Substances

Illegal drugs are not permitted in our vehicles.

Passengers may not possess, use, distribute, sell, or transport illegal substances during a reservation. A chauffeur may refuse to begin a trip or stop transportation if illegal drug activity is observed or creates a safety or legal concern.

The customer who makes the reservation is responsible for informing other passengers about these rules.

Lawfully possessed prescription medication may be carried for personal use. Passengers remain responsible for their medication and must comply with applicable laws.

2. Alcohol in Chauffeured Vehicles

Alcohol possession and consumption depend on applicable law, passenger age, vehicle type, location, and the circumstances of the reservation.

Booking a chauffeur does not automatically give passengers permission to open, possess, serve, or consume alcohol inside a vehicle.

Alcohol may be restricted or prohibited for a particular vehicle or trip.

Passengers must follow any lawful instructions given by the chauffeur concerning alcohol inside the vehicle.

3. Legal Drinking Age

Passengers under the legal drinking age may not possess or consume alcohol during transportation.

A passenger must not provide alcohol to an underage person.

Where age verification is needed, passengers may be asked to provide valid government-issued identification.

Transportation may be refused or stopped if underage alcohol possession or consumption is identified.

4. Transportation Involving Minors

Reservations involving minors require extra care concerning alcohol and illegal substances.

Alcohol consumption by underage passengers is prohibited during transportation for proms, school functions, youth events, private trips, or other reservations involving minors.

A parent, guardian, school representative, event organizer, or person arranging the trip must provide accurate information about the passengers and reservation.

Illegal drug possession, alcohol use by minors, or unsafe conduct may result in the trip being stopped.

5. Intoxicated Passengers

Using a chauffeur service does not give a passenger permission to behave in a way that threatens another person or prevents safe operation of the vehicle.

A chauffeur may refuse or terminate transportation when an intoxicated passenger:

• Threatens or harasses another person
• Attempts to fight
• Interferes with the chauffeur
• Refuses lawful safety instructions
• Attempts to open a door while the vehicle is moving
• Damages the vehicle
• Creates an unsafe condition
• Engages in illegal activity

The chauffeur may stop the vehicle at a safe location when passenger behavior makes continued transportation unsafe.

6. Chauffeur Safety

Passengers must not interfere with a chauffeur while the vehicle is being operated.

This includes grabbing, touching, threatening, distracting, obstructing, or pressuring the chauffeur to take an unsafe or illegal action.

Passengers cannot require a chauffeur to:

• Speed
• Ignore traffic signals
• Make an illegal stop
• Exceed passenger limits
• Enter a restricted area without permission
• Violate parking rules
• Ignore alcohol or drug laws
• Continue driving when passenger behavior creates a safety risk

The chauffeur has authority to make driving and safety decisions during the trip.

7. Smoking and Vaping

Smoking and vaping may be prohibited in vehicles under Company rules and applicable law.

Where prohibited, passengers may not use:

• Cigarettes
• Cigars
• Pipes
• Electronic cigarettes
• Vape devices
• Marijuana smoking products
• Similar smoke or vapor products

A passenger who smokes or vapes in a prohibited vehicle may be responsible for cleaning, deodorizing, burns, stains, or other passenger-caused damage.

8. Marijuana and Cannabis

Marijuana and cannabis possession or use must comply with applicable federal, Texas, and local law.

Passengers may not smoke, vape, consume, possess, or transport marijuana or cannabis products in a manner prohibited by law.

A chauffeur reservation does not change the legal status of marijuana or another controlled substance.

Transportation may be stopped if prohibited cannabis use or possession occurs during the trip.

9. Open Containers

Alcohol and open-container rules depend on applicable law, vehicle type, passenger area, and location.

Passengers are responsible for complying with the rules that apply to their trip.

A chauffeur may require an alcoholic beverage to be closed, removed, stored, or disposed of when its presence or use violates applicable law or the rules governing the reservation.

10. Corporate and Executive Transportation

Corporate and executive passengers are subject to the same safety, drug, alcohol, smoking, and conduct rules as other passengers.

A company account, executive booking, VIP reservation, or private itinerary does not waive these requirements.

Corporate account administrators or authorized booking contacts should tell passengers about any trip-specific restrictions before pickup.

11. Airport and FBO Transportation

Airport and private aviation passengers must follow the rules that apply at DFW International Airport, Dallas Love Field, private airports, FBOs, terminals, ramps, and other controlled aviation facilities.

Alcohol or another restricted item may not be carried into an area where possession is prohibited.

A chauffeur cannot bypass airport, FBO, security, or law-enforcement requirements at a passenger’s request.

12. Passenger Responsibility

The person making the reservation may be held responsible for passenger conduct connected with the booking.

Passengers must:

• Follow applicable drug and alcohol laws
• Follow lawful chauffeur safety instructions
• Respect the vehicle
• Avoid interfering with the chauffeur
• Prevent underage alcohol use
• Avoid bringing illegal substances into the vehicle
• Follow smoking and vaping restrictions

Group transportation does not transfer responsibility for a passenger’s illegal conduct to Dallas Chauffeur Service.

13. Refusal or Termination of Transportation

Dallas Chauffeur Service may refuse, suspend, or terminate transportation when passenger conduct creates a safety concern or involves suspected illegal activity.

Reasons may include:

• Illegal drug possession or use
• Underage drinking
• Threatening or violent conduct
• Serious intoxication
• Interference with the chauffeur
• Smoking or vaping where prohibited
• Intentional vehicle damage
• Refusal to follow lawful safety instructions

A trip terminated because of passenger conduct does not automatically qualify for a refund.

Charges will be handled under the confirmed reservation and our Terms & Conditions.

14. Cleaning and Vehicle Damage

Passengers may be responsible for cleaning or repair costs caused during the reservation.

Charges may apply for:

• Vomiting
• Alcohol spills
• Smoke or vapor odors
• Burns
• Stains
• Broken glass
• Damaged upholstery
• Damaged vehicle equipment
• Excessive trash
• Other passenger-caused damage

Charges are handled under the payment, cleaning, damage, and authorization terms attached to the reservation.

15. Personal Property and Medication

Passengers remain responsible for medication, alcohol, bags, containers, electronic devices, and other personal property brought into a vehicle.

Medication should remain under the control of the passenger who requires it.

Dallas Chauffeur Service does not provide medication management, storage, or medical supervision.

Property left in a vehicle is handled under the lost-property provisions of our Terms & Conditions.

16. Medical Emergencies

A chauffeur service is not an ambulance or emergency medical transportation service.

If a passenger becomes unconscious, seriously ill, injured, or appears to need urgent medical attention, the chauffeur or dispatch personnel may contact emergency services.

The chauffeur is not required to continue ordinary transportation when emergency medical assistance appears necessary.

17. Law Enforcement and Legal Requests

Dallas Chauffeur Service may contact or cooperate with law enforcement, emergency services, airport security, FBO security, or other authorities when required by law or when circumstances create an immediate safety concern.

Nothing in this policy requires a chauffeur or Company representative to conceal illegal activity, interfere with law enforcement, or place another person at risk.

18. Refunds After a Policy Violation

A passenger removed from a vehicle or a reservation terminated because of a violation of this policy does not automatically qualify for a refund.

Payment obligations, cleaning charges, damage charges, refunds, and other amounts will be handled under the confirmed reservation terms.
